No, you can simply book an appointment and come in for a session with our Exercise Scientists for our Strength and Conditioning sessions.
Even though our Exercise Scientist’s are highly trained and registered with ESSA, they are not covered by private health extras. There is no rebate available on these session.
Your Exercise Scientist / S+C consultation will involve some key components;
Please bring any documents or information about your injury or health condition that you have been provided from your other medical practitioners.
Any existing programs you have been completing might also be useful to bring.
Please wear appropriate attire for exercise and make sure to bring a water bottle and towel.
Our free car park is available with access via Prospect Terrace.
