No, you can simply book an appointment and come in for a session with our Exercise Scientists for our Strength and Conditioning sessions.

Unfortunately no.

Even though our Exercise Scientist’s are highly trained and registered with ESSA, they are not covered by private health extras. There is no rebate available on these session.

Your Exercise Scientist / S+C consultation will involve some key components;

  • Discussion about your goals and injury history and some further questions that aid in
    treatment planning and exercise prescription
  • A thorough examination of your function and capacity relevant to your goals.
  • Closely supervised exercise programs delivered with expert coaching

Please bring any documents or information about your injury or health condition that you have been provided from your other medical practitioners.

Any existing programs you have been completing might also be useful to bring.

Please wear appropriate attire for exercise and make sure to bring a water bottle and towel.
