Athletic Development is a group strength class specifically designed for adolescents. This group class teaches foundational skills for movement and exercise and introduces the key concepts and techniques of strength training, sprinting and agility. 

Whether you want to improve your athleticism and sports performance or just get fitter and healthier, Athletic Development is the class for you. Develop a life long love of exercise by engaging in safe strength training under the guidance of an Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist.

Yes, free parking is available off Prospect Terrace. There is also free street parking in the surrounding area. 


If you have appropriate coverage in your private health policy you will be able to make a claim on classes run by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. 

We can process your claim on the spot at your appointment, so you will only be required to pay the remainder of the fee.
