Improve posture, core stability, flexibility, strength, balance and overall body awareness using low-impact exercise.
Our Clinical Pilates classes are run exclusively by highly trained physiotherapists with Clinical Pilates experience, meaning each session is individualised to challenge you in a safe and fun environment.
Before you start your Clinical Pilates classes, you must attend a one-to-one Clinical Pilates assessment. This involves evaluation of your injury and allows your physio to create an individualised treatment plan.
By using slow and controlled movements during your session, you can challenge your body's core stability as well as muscle strength and endurance.
It can be daunting starting a new type of exercise – that’s when the experience and knowledge of a physiotherapist trained in Clinical Pilates can help you get the most out of your session.
